Pinkeye Graphics has designed many interpretation boards and panels for a variety of clients. The most recent set of boards was designed to help celebrate and interpret some really good sustainable development in local community buildings on the Isle of Wight. With just a sheet of A4 paper outlining the technical specifications of the renewable energy for each location, designer Cat set about creating a trio of boards with involvement of the various stakeholders.
Pinkeye Graphics has experience in unusual projects. For example, one recent commission was for a mouse mat to help promote sustainable living. The mouse mat is made from recycled car tyres! The surface is not quite like normal mouse mats, and careful liaison with the manufacturer was necessary to ensure just the right appearance.

Case Study: The Footprint Trust

a range of printed publicity for this active campaigning charity.

The leaflets are printed on on ‘evolve’ British recycled paper by a local printer. The Footprint Trust is a small charity based on the Isle of Wight, working to promote the benefits of sustainable living. This is achieved through various projects and activities that raise awareness of all relevant issues, embodying the ideal of "acting locally and thinking globally."
